
Garlic Lime Spaghetti
A fresh pasta recipe with an Asian touch! You could use less garlic if you want to but make sure to use plenty of lime juice. If you're not a fan of aubergine you could replace it with zucchini.

- Knoblauch fein hacken
- Cut aubergine into 1 cm cubes
- Brokkoli in Röschen schneiden
- Cut the fresh coriander
Kochen
20 min

Sauté aubergine
high heat ~5 min, take out aubergine and put aside

Nudeln kochen
~10 Min

Sauté peanuts, garlic and chilli flakes in plenty of oil
low/medium heat ~5 min, season with salt and pepper

Brokkoli kochen
~5 min, then drain under cold water

(Soja-) Sahne hinzufügen
mix well ~3 min
Add the aubergine, broccoli and pasta
mix well ~3 min
Add lime juice
die Limette auspressen, alles simmern bis es warm ist ~3 Min, abschmecken und bei Bedarf Salz und Pfeffer hinzufügen
Garnish with coriander
