Green Pea Spread

A more sustainable version to guacamole. Extra green and also extra protein! Add some chilli flakes for extra color and spice.

Cook peas

Cut coriander

In a blender, add peas, beans, olive oil and coriander and mix

drain beans before adding

Add lime juice, season with salt and pepper

don't blend too long if you'd like to keep some texture

add some chili(flakes) to taste
