Yellow Cauliflower Curry

Kümmel
Rote Chilischoten
Frischer Koriander
Limette
Knoblauch

Tip

If you make less portions, leave away the water and use the whole can of coconut milk.

Vorbereitung

  1. Mince garlic and ginger
  2. Zwiebel würfeln
  3. Chop chilli pepper finely
  4. Blumenkohl in Röschen schneiden

Zwiebeln anbraten

medium/high heat, until softened ~3 min

Knoblauch und Ingwer hinzufügen

Add turmeric, curry powder, cumin, chilli pepper and soy sauce

rühren ~2 Min

Add coconut milk, water and cauliflower florets

cover with a lid and bring to a boil, let it simmer ~8 min

Add the spinach and chickpeas

drain chickpeas, stir and simmer uncovered, season with salt and pepper ~5 min

Add lime juice to taste

Serve with coriander and lime wedges
