Quick Chickpea Wraps

The colour of this filling already makes you happy! An ideal dish to bring for lunch or if you need a quick meal in the evening.

800 g
300 g

Wraps (whole wheat)
Canned chickpeas
Red cabbage (pre-cut)

150 ml
2 tea sp
2 tea sp
2 TBL sp
2 TBL sp
15 g

Creme fraiche (or oat fraiche)
Smoked paprika powder
Soy sauce
Sriracha (or other hot sauce)
Fresh coriander

  1. Cut cucumber into small pieces
  2. Cut red cabbage into strips (if you can't get it pre-cut)

In a bowl, mix drained chickpeas, cumin, paprika powder, soy sauce and sriracha

season with salt and pepper

Sauté chickpea mix

medium/high heat ~8 min

Warm up wraps

in the microwave or carefully on the stove top over an open flame

Serve the wraps with creme fraiche, cucumber, red cabbage, chickpea mix and coriander
