Easy Falafel Wrap

All you need for this delicious wrap is a pan to fry the falafel. It’s a delicious combination with creamy hummus and some crunchy salad leaves and cucumber. But the ingredient that brings it all together is the Sriracha sauce.

Ingredients

Wraps (whole wheat)
Falafel
Hummus
Cucumber
Lettuce leaves

Sriracha sauce (or other hot sauce)
Red onion
Fresh mint

Tip

You can use other lettuce types if you have leftovers.
You can also add grated carrot or sliced red cabbage.

  1. Dice onion
  2. Cut cucumber into quartered slices
  3. Cut fresh mint finely

Sauté falafels and onion

medium heat ~5 min

Take a wrap and spread about a tablespoon of hummus in the middle of it

Layer the lettuce, onions, cucumber, three falafels, fresh mint and sriracha sauce (to taste)
