Fried Mushroom and Kale Snacks
If you’re looking for a delightful dish to impress your guests, this is it. The fresh raspberry and apple jam is the perfect complement to the nutty and earthy flavours of these deepfried snacks. You don’t need a deep fryer, you can simply use sunflower oil in a pan. After you’re done, let the oil cool down and pour it back into the bottle to use as regular cooking oil.

When you fry foods, temperatures are much higher than simply cooking foods. Be careful with the pan of oil and don't leave it unattended.
Also frying creates a distinct smell so make sure your space is well-ventilated.
Prepare all steps including rolling and coating the balls and place them on a plate in the fridge. Simply fry when you're ready.
