
Samosa Wraps
Samosas are delicious but they take time and effort to make the traditional way. Getting the triangles filled and thight, and then also evenly fried. This variation takes all the hassle out, without taking out any of the flavour.

Potatoes
Red lentils (dried)
Peas (frozen)
Spinach
Raisins

Cumin
Curry powder
Red onions
Lemon
Garlic
Prep

- Cut onion into rings
- Mince garlic
- Cut potatoes into 1 cm cubes
Cook
20 min

Boil the potatoes in a medium pot
medium/high heat ~5 min
Add lentils and boil until tender
drain when ready ~5 min

In the meantime, sauté onion, garlic, cumin and curry powder
~2 min
Add peas and raisins
medium/high heat ~3 min
Add boiled potatoes and lentils
mix ~3 min
Squeeze lemon juice
turn off heat and mix ~1 min
Serve wraps with spinach and samosa mix
