White Wine Mushroom Tagliatelle

This creamy pasta dish requires plenty of garlic and white wine. Together with the earthy taste of the mushrooms, the raisins and leek it creates a wonderful combination of flavors.

Ingredients

4 servings

400 g

Tagliatelle
Chestnut mushrooms
Leek
Walnuts
Sun-dried tomatoes
Raisins

400 ml
1 glass
50 g
4 cloves

(Soy) cream
White wine (Chardonnay)
Parmesan
Garlic

Variations

If you'd rather not use white wine, use apple juice instead.

Prep

  1. Mince garlic
  2. Cut leek into rings
  3. Cut mushrooms into slices
  4. Chop walnuts

Cook

20 min

Sauté mushrooms

high heat ~5 min

Add garlic and leek

season with salt and pepper ~3 min

Cook tagliatelle in the meantime

~10 min

Add white wine

Reduce heat and let it simmer until most of the wine has evaporated ~5 min

Add (soy) cream, sun-dried tomatoes and walnuts 

~5 min, taste and add salt and pepper if needed

Serve tagliatelle with white wine mushroom sauce and add raisins and parmesan on top

    Een heerlijk recept ben zelf dol op zongedroogde tomaten daar heb ik een dubbele hoeveelheid in gedaan.
