White Wine Mushroom Tagliatelle

This creamy pasta dish requires plenty of garlic and white wine. Together with the earthy taste of the mushrooms, the raisins and leek it creates a wonderful combination of flavors.

Wow! Wonderful recipe. Didn’t know what to have for dinner tonight, had all ingredients except for two, which I easily got from local supermarket. Taste was great, easy and quick to do. It will be a regular with my family. Thank you so much, keep them coming. Angela, Bexhill on Sea, East Sussex, UK
